  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • Orders placed after working hours may be processed the next business day

3. Delivery Timeframes

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 days

  • Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 days

  • Remote areas: May take slightly longer

4. Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49–₹99 fee

(COD fee helps us ensure genuine orders and faster processing)

5. Order Confirmation (Important)

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays:

  • Customers may receive an order confirmation call or SMS for COD orders

  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received

(This helps us reduce fake orders and ensures faster delivery)

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email

  • You can track your order in real-time

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • Please ensure your phone is reachable during delivery

Failure to accept the order may result in cancellation.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address with correct PIN code

  • Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
